Sustainable Tiverton supports local communities (in the Tiverton area) to work together to address climate change, resource waste and biodiversity loss through locally based community projects.
Food
We aim to make use of surplus food, encourage local sustainable food growing and take advantage of what nature provides and enjoy it together.
Share and Repair
Our projects help everyone to repair, share or re-use equipment to save resources and waste -to use less and enjoy more!
Nature and Biodiversity
We work to restore nature through tree planting and maintenance, river monitoring and citizen science.
Community Engagement
Through exhibitions and art projects, films and discussions, we get more people actively involved
Energy and Transport
Through our projects we aim to make lower emission transport and energy options available to people of all ages.
